1 - turn on some tunes, tunes which bring your best memories (7.5

minutes in total)

2 - open the window to get some fresh air

3 - close your eyes and take a deep breath

4 - put your arms to the sides and try to stretch them as far as you can.

5 - start murmuring the song which you are listening

6 - allow your body to wave from side to side, and feet tap or snap to the rhythm

7 - start singing with your own imagination words like taradidumdadam to your listening song

8 - repeat 3 times the best song each time move more and start dancing in your way

9 - put your head up and think what you are grateful for today then say it laud

10 - Pray or meditate for 7.5 minutes
